                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7700 Noah
                   REID ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF NOAH
                   REID AT BONNY OAKS DRIVE, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL
                   ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 7700 Noah Reid Road,
                being on the southeast line of Noah Reid at Bonny
                Oaks Drive.  Part of lot 3, Austin Farms, Section
                1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 16, page
                48, R.O.H.C.; being the property described in deed
                book 3994, page 771, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No.
                129N-G-1.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
